New Old Luv - Telescopic Mascara by L'Oreal

OK... so I've been using the telescopic (clean definition) mascara by L'Oreal for a while now, but the other day I grabbed the wrong one at Target! I accidentally got the original one in the gold tube. When I took it out I sighed because it had the wrong brush, too! But then I used it...

YOW!

It almost works better (didn't think that was possible!) than my bible mascara, and the brush rocks, too!!

I'm starting to think that you can't go wrong with this brand. When my feather lash by L'Oreal was discontinued I almost had a heart attack. I took a gamble buying a different mascara by L'Oreal and it wasn't easy... I mean, even $9 is a lot if wasted! And they haven't disappointed yet.

Don't get me wrong, there are other great lines with awesome mascaras... Benefit's one of my other faves ($20)... but for the LO price & quality, there's no comparison.

Here's a tip for my mascara users... if you live in humid weather (like Texas!) and want it to stay on but you don't like to use water proof (because the crap won't come off easy enough, you don't like how it applies or dries too fast, or it dries your eyes out, etc.) then try this: Use your fave mascara and then lightly apply a top coat of water proof (any brand is cool- Maybelline is a good standard) with a fan brush (or brush it comes with is fine, too), and that will seal it (using the waterproof agent) in without giving you that irritating dry feeling or uneasy application.

Trust me, I've been doing this for years with brides! Works every time!
