Simple, daily skin care tips for a youthful glow in 5 minutes!

One fallacy is that it takes a lot of time and money to take care of your skin. I'm here to poke a hole in that theory by offering you some helpful, fast tips to keep your skin healthy and glowing.

1) AM/PM (1-2 minutes): While in the shower, wash your face with an AHA/BHA exfoliating cleanser. By doing this, you will be cleansing + exfoliating the skin. Sulfate free is best. This will keep your skin free from pore clogging bacteria, while giving it that polished, glowing look in a gentle manner.

2) (5-10 seconds) Use a spray toner during the day as needed to keep your skin toned, clarified, hydrated and/or balanced, depending on your skin type.. Rose water or lavender water (about $5) works great, if you like to save a buck.

2) AM/PM (1 minute) Use a restorative/hydrating cream around the eyes to prevent wrinkles. I always say - if you have a great moisturiser, you can double that as an eye cream at night and use it under your SPF during the day. Just be careful to not get the product too close to the eyes to avoid irritation.  I have a great product called Restorative Marine Moisturizer that will do the trick! So there you have it.... an eye cream AND facial moisturizer for $16.

TIP: To make your products last longer, moisten the face before applying them, and emulsify them in your hands (rubbing hands together), then gently pat on. Never rub or tug at your skin, especially around your eye area.
