Suffering from dry eyes, a blemished scalp, or other dry skin conditions?
Do you have dry or blemished scalp? This just might help. Neutrogena's T/Sal says it clears and prevents flakes and scalp build up. But, note that its active ingredient is salicylic acid, which exfoliates and rids the skin of bacteria, which is why it's so useful in the prevention and repair of acne.
A couple weeks ago I had a client that said she was breaking out along her hair line. I immediately thought of this product.

I've been a lifetime sufferer of dry skin, occasional eczema, and chronic dry eyes. Sigh. A couple of years ago I started using this product for dry scalp. When I went to the dermatologist, she instructed me to keep using it as needed, in conjunction with another product she prescribed. So it literally is "dermatologist recommended. " ;) And you can find it at your local grocery or convenience store for around $7. Can't beat it.
Topically, I also LOVE using organic coconut oil for my dry skin, and lips. My friend, Briana likes to use it on her hair as an oil treatment, too! My friend, Kim, slept with it overnight on her feet with socks and said the results were amazing! So many uses! I buy my coconut oil at Whole Foods for about $6-8. :)
On a similar dry note, an eye doctor once told me to take omega 3's for my dry eye issue. You can buy these supplements at most grocery/health stores for around $10-$20 (depends on brand/form). Check out this from raisingahealthyfamily.com:

Omega 3′s secret to glowing skin is contained in its revitalizing benefits. Omega 3’s are essential fatty acids. Now don’t be alarmed; there’s nothing wrong with these fatty acids; they’re the “good fats.” They’re the kind of fats that are vital to the health of every cell in your body, including your skin cells. Omega 3 keeps your skin moist and prevents sagging.
Omega 3 also fights against those nasty free radicals that are flying around. These free radicals also damage the skin and cause wrinkles. Omega 3 lessens this damage and helps prevent collagen breakdown. Without collagen, wrinkles will develop, and your skin will lose its healthy and youthful glow.
If you suffer from premature wrinkles, dry skin, dandruff, cracked skin, or other very dry skin conditions, chances are you have a deficiency of Omega 3. Part of the beauty of Omega 3 is that it will moisturize your skin from deep inside. You won’t have to slather on yet another cream on your face. Instead, you can get Omega 3 from your diet.
