When should I arrive?
We value your time, so please arrive ten minutes before your scheduled appointment to fill out paperwork, if you’re a new client.

What should I ask for when I book my appointment online?
Your appointment is always customized, so it’s ok if you book the wrong service.

What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothes and little-no makeup. You may undress down to your comfort level during a spa service.

Can I buy the products used in my service?
An exclusive line of high quality homecare products are available for purchase, some of which are used during services.

What type of payments do you accept?
All major credit cards, checks, and cash.

What is considered proper spa etiquette regarding tipping/gratuities?
Our studio is independently operated, but the facility is not privately owned by our business. Tipping is never expected, but always appreciated.

What if I can’t make my appointment?
In case of an emergency, please call us directly. You may go online to reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, to avoid a rescheduling fee.
